1. About these terms

These terms apply to purchases made through the DupeHaus store (dupehaus.tebex.io) for use on the DupeHaus Minecraft network (dupehaus.de). By completing a purchase you agree to them. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Tebex — DupeHaus never sees or stores your card details.

2. Digital goods & delivery

All items sold — ranks, perks, kits and keys — are digital goods for use in-game only. They have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Delivery is automatic: enter your exact Minecraft (Java) username at checkout and your purchase is applied to your account across the network, usually within a few minutes.

3. Getting your purchase

• Double-check your username is spelled correctly before paying — that's who the reward is delivered to.
• If a purchase hasn't arrived after ~15 minutes, log in once to trigger delivery, then contact us.
• Rank purchases are permanent unless stated otherwise on the product.

4. Refunds & chargebacks

Because purchases are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final except where a refund is required by law. If something was delivered incorrectly or never arrived, contact us first and we'll make it right. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us may result in a permanent ban from the server and store.

5. Conduct

Buying a rank or perk does not exempt you from the server rules. Perks may be revoked without refund if they are abused or used to break the rules, and we may adjust, rename or retire perks over time as the server evolves.
